INIBICA-FCADIZ have always worked in a special way for equal treatment and opportunities between women and men, and is currently taking the final step with the decision to undertake an Equal Opportunities Plan. Thus, with the desire to work for real equality of opportunities between women and men, the entities that gather around INIBICA-FCADIZ will also carry out their commitment to apply ethical criteria and social responsibility in their internal and external management and the regulatory compliance.
