INiBICA is introducing the Institute to the new residents in a welcome ceremony, where they are informed about the different research programs, the services offered both in terms of management and science, and all the possibilities offered during their residency period in the field of biomedical research.

In addition, informative / training sessions are given on the clinical professional's research career from its beginning in the MIR training stage.
