From April 15 to 17, Cádiz will host the 13th Cajal Conference 2026, a leading conference that will bring together nearly 100 researchers to discuss the role of brain metabolism in diseases such as Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s.
Organized by the Spanish Society for Neuroscience (SENC), in collaboration with the Research Network on Mitochondria and Neurodegeneration, the University of Cádiz , and INIBICA, the conference will examine key advances in brain research and open up new avenues in biomedical research.
