Strategic Plan

On December 9, 2025, the INiBICA Governing Council approved INiBICA’s Third Strategic Plan ( Strategic Plan ) for the five-year period 2026–2030; the recommendations and modifications suggested by the Institute’s advisory bodies (External Scientific Committee and Internal Scientific Committee) had been incorporated beforehand. To develop this first “ Strategic Plan ,” the methodology suggested by the National Institute for Research and Higher Education ( ISCIII ) for IISs was used, which includes internal and external analysis, diagnosis, and strategy, with the participation of key non-scientific stakeholders.

The " Strategic Plan " is organized around five strategic pillars, which encompass the Institute’s various action plans. The mission, vision, and values of the " Strategic Plan " have been presented to the Internal Scientific Committee and the External Scientific Committee.
