2023 STRATEGIC PLAN
One of INiBICA’s priorities is to promote the research activities of its groups in order to enhance their competitiveness at the national and international levels, as well as their scientific excellence and scientific, healthcare, and social impact through the transfer of these results to clinical practice and the market. This 2023 Institutional Plan is designed primarily to promote, using the Institute’s own funds, initiatives that foster the activities and training of research staff. Our mission is to improve the functioning of our Institute—which is in the process of consolidation and accreditation by ministerial order—through strategic actions aimed at increasing compliance with the indicators necessary for INiBICA’s accreditation, based on the guidelines published by the Carlos III Health Institute (ISCIII) and the actions outlined in the Strategic Plan INiBICA 2021–2025 Plan.
The INiBICA’s 2023 Internal Plan of INiBICA is conceived as a complementary plan to the University of Cádiz ’s Own Research and Transfer Plan, the Research, Development, and Innovation Plans of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia (PAIDI), and other national and international R&I plans. The priority areas established include fostering collaboration among research groups, staff mobility, promoting the activities of active emerging research groups, and involving professionals in primary care and health care, in line with the R&I strategic plans of the Regional Ministry of Health and Consumer Affairs and the National Institute of Health Research and Innovation ( ISCIII).

The application period for this second call will begin on June 13, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. and end on June 28 at 3:00 p.m. As many grants as the remaining funds allow will be awarded (a total of 9 grants if each is worth €400), prioritized by score based on the evaluation criteria, until funds are exhausted, for activities carried out between June 1 and December 31, 2024, through the E-mail: planpropio@inibica.es
