OWN PLAN 2023
One of INiBICA's priorities is to promote the research activity of its groups in order to increase their competitiveness at the national and international level, and in terms of scientific excellence and scientific, healthcare, and social impact through the transfer of these results to the clinic and the market. The main objective of this 2023 Plan is to use the Institute's own funds to promote activities that encourage the work and training of research staff. Its mission is to improve the functioning of our Institute, which is in the process of consolidation and accreditation by ministerial order, through strategic actions aimed at increasing compliance with the indicators necessary for INiBICA accreditation, based on the guidelines published by the Carlos III Health Institute (ISCIII) and the actions set out in the INiBICAStrategic Plan 2021-2025.
The INiBICA's Own Plan 2023 is designed to complement the University of Cádiz's Own Plan for Research and Transfer, the Research, Development, and Innovation Plans of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia (PAIDI), and other national and international R&D plans. The priority areas established are the promotion of collaboration between groups, staff mobility, the promotion of the activity of active emerging groups, and the involvement of primary care and healthcare professionals, in line with the strategic R&I plans of the Regional Ministry of Health and Consumer Affairs and the ISCIII.

SECOND CALL FOR APPLICATIONS L3 MODALITY 2
The application period for this second call will begin on June 13, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. and end on June 28 at 3:00 p.m. As many grants as the remaining funds allow will be awarded (a total of 9 grants if the amount is €400 each), prioritized by score based on the evaluation criteria, until funds are exhausted, for activities carried out between June 1 and December 31, 2024, via E-mail: planpropio@inibica.es
