CLINICAL RESEARCHERS AND RESIDENTS
INiBICA is committed to promoting biomedical research and innovation in the province of Cádiz. In order to attract new researchers and increase the critical mass of professionals developing Projects clinical research within our joint institute, our staff organizes and delivers conferences and informative and training sessions on the research career of clinical professionals, starting from the beginning of their MIR training.
All this in an excellent environment for entering the world of biomedical research, learning, anddeveloping an exciting research career within the framework of the health centers of the Andalusian Public Health System (SSPA) and the health or biomedical research institute (IIS) in the province of Cádiz.
RESEARCH CAREER IN ANDALUSIA
On Thursday, May 25, 2023, Cádiz "INiBICA Conference on Research Careers in the Andalusian Public Health System" took place in the auditorium of the Faculty of Nursing and Physiotherapy at the University of Cádiz . The training session was led by Belén Jiménez (Progress and Health Foundation) and Enrique Cruz (Andalusian Health Service), who shared with professionals the program for the development of human capital in research and the calls for proposals to support clinical research in Andalusia. In addition, a round table was held with the participation and testimony of three INiBICA researchers who shared their professional careers within the framework of a health research institute.

WELCOME TO RESIDENTS
INiBICA is presenting the Institute to new residents at a welcome event, where they are informed about the various research programs, training options through INiBICA's own training programs and UCA postgraduate programs, and the services offered in terms of both management and support for the implementation and monitoring of health research, with all the possibilities offered during this period as a resident.
