INiBICA is committed to the promotion of biomedical research and innovation in the province of Cádiz. In order to incorporate into the research career and increase the critical mass of professionals who develop Projects and clinical research in the framework of our mixed institute, the structure staff organizes and teaches conferences and informative and training sessions on the research career of the clinical professional from its beginning in the MIR training stage.

All this in an excellent environment to enter the world of biomedical research, learn and develop an exciting research career in the framework of the health centers of the Andalusian Public Health System (SSPA) and health or biomedical research institute (IIS) in the province of Cádiz.


On Thursday, May 25, 2023, the "INiBICA Conference on the research career in the Andalusian Public Health System" took place in the auditorium of the Faculty of Nursing and Physiotherapy of the University of Cádiz . The training day was given by Belén Jiménez (Fundación Progreso y Salud) and Enrique Cruz (Servicio Andaluz de Salud), who shared with the professionals the program for the development of human research capital and the calls for support for clinical research in Andalusia. In addition, a round table was held with the participation and testimony of three INiBICA researchers who shared their professional career in the framework of a health research institute.

INiBICA is carrying out the presentation of the Institute to the new residents in a welcoming event, where they are informed of the different research programs, the training options through INiBICA's own training programs and UCA postgraduate programs, and the services offered both in management and support for the implementation and monitoring of health research, with all the possibilities offered during this period as a resident.
