CLINICAL RESEARCHERS AND RESIDENTS
INiBICA is committed to promoting biomedical research and innovation in the province of Cádiz. In order to attract new researchers and increase the critical mass of professionals engaged in Projects and clinical research within the framework of our joint institute, our staff organizes and conducts conferences, informational sessions, and training sessions on research careers for clinical professionals, beginning with their MIR training phase.
All of this takes place in an excellent environment for entering the world of biomedical research, learning, andpursuing an exciting career in research within the healthcare centers of the Andalusian Public Health System (SSPA) and the Institute for Health and Biomedical Research (IIS) in the province of Cádiz.
RESEARCH CAREER IN ANDALUSIA
On Thursday, May 25, 2023, the “INiBICA Workshop on Research Careers in the Andalusian Public Health System” took place in the auditorium of the School of Nursing and Physical Therapy at the University of Cádiz . The training session was led by Belén Jiménez (Progreso y Salud Foundation) and Enrique Cruz (Andalusian Health Service), who shared with the professionals the program for developing research talent and the calls for proposals to support clinical research in Andalusia. In addition, a roundtable discussion was held featuring three female researchers from INiBICA, who shared their professional journeys within the context of a health research institute.

WELCOME TO RESIDENTS
INiBICA is introducing the Institute to new residents at a welcome event, where they are informed about the various research programs, training options through INiBICA’s own training programs and UCA graduate programs, and the services offered—both administrative and supportive—for launching and monitoring health research, along with all the opportunities available to residents during this period.
