HEAT-Net (Harvard European Alumni Training Network) is composed of a unique constellation of European physicians and researchers trained at Harvard with a strong track record in the field of neurodegeneration. HEAT-Net members received training in four renowned neuroscience laboratories at Harvard Medical School (HMS), led by Professors Brad Hyman, Rudy Tanzi, Xandra Breakefield, and Brian Bacskai. After returning to Europe, HEAT-Net members felt the need to establish a network that would allow them to maintain the same high level of academic research, contribute to the training of new generations of scientists, and maintain strong connections with their mentors at HMS. 💼 INiBICA, together with the other UCA research institutes, has organized the 3rd Vocational Training Fair. A unique event held on the Jerez Campus, where the various institutes came together to showcase the Projects in which their students are engaged. ℹ️ To this end, several booths were set up to showcase all of the University’s degree programs, but this year, the experience was even more enriching! The organizers offered informative workshops, and we are delighted to have been part of this initiative. 🔍📚 On April 19, 2024, we held a workshop titled “Generating Ideas and Synergies for Research in Healthcare”💡, organized by the INiBICA group EM14: —the Research Group on Languages, Processes, and Management in Health Care [1]—with Prof. Dr. @olgapalomacastro, Full Professor in the Department of Nursing at the University of Cádiz, serving as coordinator. 🧑‍🔬👩‍🔬 The meeting was attended by 28 researchers from different groups and fields of study, who shared the various Projects they are currently developing.
