The group's activities are mainly focused on developing physical activity and lifestyle habits for health promotion, prevention, and treatment:

Design of tools to assess health-related physical fitness in adults in order to identify adults with or without an ideal cardiovascular health profile.
Assessment and intervention with physical exercise for health prevention and treatment in adults and seniors.
Promotion of active and healthy habits among schoolchildren and university students.
