CO32: Biomarkers

A research group composed of specialist physicians from the University Hospital of Puerto Real, dedicated to the study of biomarkers in blood and biological fluids for the diagnosis and prognosis of diseases, with a particular focus on cancer biomarkers (the main objective is to identify biomarkers in blood or biological fluids to distinguish benign tumors from malignant ones); biomarkers for urological diseases; biomarkers for pain and brain damage; and biomarkers for infectious diseases.
