The “Comprehensive Women’s Health” research group was created with the aim of promoting primarily clinical research in the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University Hospital of Jerez de la Frontera, whose Clinical Management Unit has historically lacked the research profile typical of a university hospital.  It aims to address the research interests of clinicians in the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology who have not dedicated themselves to either basic or clinical research throughout their careers, under the guidance of the Principal Investigator, who—in addition to her extensive clinical career, with notable achievements in the fields of gynecologic and breast oncology, women’s endocrinology, and comprehensive—holistic care for women—possesses extensive pre- and postdoctoral teaching experience as well as a research CV substantial enough to lead these efforts and enable the design of research- Projects s in the various fields of gynecology and obstetrics that are competitive enough to secure regional, national, or international grants, attract young researchers to the group, and enhance the impact of future Publications.
