🏥 Yesterday, the Institute for Health Research and Innovation ( SAS ) unveiled the IMPaCT Node at the Chipiona Health Center. This initiative is part of a national program that seeks to understand the determinants of health among the Spanish population and to develop more effective strategies for preventing and treating diseases.
🚀 The program, funded by the Carlos III Health Institute (ISCIII) and managed by the Biomedical Research Network (CIBER), is coordinated by IBIMA-BIONAND Platform under the direction of researcher Jorge Caro. It constitutes a key infrastructure that will enable the region’s citizens to actively contribute to the development of a healthcare system based on personalized medicine and advanced therapies.
🤝 INIBICA Manager Julio Ríos, along with Lourdes García, Manager of the Health Management Area for Jerez, the Northwest Coast, and the Sierra de Cádiz, and her Team, have played a key role in bringing the IMPaCT Node to the province of Cádiz. This achievement reflects the joint effort to establish the region as a leader in health research and in the implementation of innovative health initiatives that improve the quality of life for the Spanish population.
