Our colleague and scientist from Cadiz, Esther Berrocoso, has been awarded the 'Ilustres Anónimas' prize in Cádiz in recognition of her work to build a more equal and supportive society.

This year, there have been 15 awards recognizing the careers of 12 women and three associations who, "from anonymity, improve the daily lives of those around them, especially in sectors that were male-dominated."

These awards, presented by Cádiz City Council Cádiz the Municipal Women's Foundation, celebrate the contribution of women, groups, and associations to achieving "a more equal, fair, and supportive society."
