🌟 For the first time, a project led entirely by Algeciras —with Pilar Bas Sarmiento and Eduardo Sánchez Sánchez as principal investigators—has secured coveted funding from the Carlos III Health Institute (ISCIII), an organization that sets the standard for research excellence in Spain.

🚀 Their proposal has been selected in the competitive call for proposals for the Strategic Health Action 2025, where only the strongest Projects manage to secure a spot.
