INiBICA is participating, alongside Zona Franca and other Spanish and Portuguese organizations, in the IberoBio program, which strengthens the commitment to biotech startups linked to the Blue Economy
📌 An event held at the Heracles building (Cádiz), which brought together experts in bioinformatics and biotechnology and focused on opportunities for innovation and entrepreneurship to connect companies, researchers, and other key stakeholders.
🤝 This meeting highlights the collaborative work carried out over nearly three years by 12 Spanish and Portuguese organizations, which has laid the groundwork for continued cross-border cooperation in biotechnology.
🌟 It is worth noting that the Iberobio Project is of great importance to the biotech startup ecosystem, as more than a hundred biotech startups have benefited from advanced tools and services that make them more competitive and better positioned to access foreign markets.
📊 Overall, the project has supported more than 50 companies through advanced innovation services, more than 45 through advanced internationalization services, and more than 60 in securing funding.
