The MOVE-IT research group at the University of Cádiz and INiBICA, as part of its research on “Physical Activity, Aging, and Health,” and in collaboration with the University Hospital of Puerto Real, invites you to participate in the Inlife-Aging project to learn about your lifestyle and your physical and cognitive health—and, in the process, support science and research. If you’re interested and are between 50 and 79 years old, we encourage you to contact the group. They’ll conduct a comprehensive assessment of: Physical fitness; physical activity and sedentary behavior; eating habits; sleep quality and quantity; quality of life and cognition; and blood tests. Of course, it’s free and participation is voluntary; in return, you’ll receive a report with your results and some recommendations for improving your health. We only ask that you attend two evaluation visits at the University Hospital of Puerto Real.
